I wouldn’t confront him because you have no evidence. I would keep my medication and anything else i don’t want to “share” in my room. It’s pretty normal to lock my bedroom every time I leave the house.
In college I kept my meds, camera, laptop, etc. in a little safe. I trusted my roommates but they brought over random friends or classmates or a friend came over and brought a friend, etc. I’ve never had anything stolen but a friend who also has ADHD has a roommate who hosted a little St Pat’s pregame (maybe 10 or so ppl) and she didn’t lock or hide her meds and someone stole a 3 month supply of her Adderall! So I def erred on the side of caution in college. College students can get shady around a script.
The sticker on the bottle tells you when it was filled and for how many pills, check that first before making assumptions, also these are controlled substances that are highly sought after in the streets so if you share your apartment with strangers I’d suggest you get a safe and put em there, tes it might be a pain in the ass but you never know, also keep track of your refills on the pharmacy app.
